I now have over £100 of call charges after upgrading to sky glass and them removing my call bundle
Just upgraded to sky glass and my calls bundle was removed, I now have over £100 of call charges, how do I get my call bundle re-instated and can I get a credit for the call charges?

Just give Sky a call to reinstate your call package. I can't see why Sky would give you any credit for your call charges?

I don't understand how upgrading to Sky Glass had seen your calls package being changed unless you also changed something with regards to your broadband ?

Glass is a Sky-branded television set: presumably you also changed your (separate) Sky Broadband contract at the same time. Unfortunately it's not entirely unknown for an over-eager call-centre rep to remove optional elements so that the overall bundle price is more attractive.

Re: I now have over £100 of call charges after upgrading to sky glass and them removing my call bund
@TimmyBGood Indeed, I rang up last year when I was still living at my former abode, I wanted to try and somehow cut my costs down, so I removed TNT Sports (formerly BT Sport) because WWE went on Netflix this January, and they also removed Sky Cinema which I didn't ask to be removed.
And about 7 months later, BT are still after me for £83 to settle the contract despite several phone calls to end it all, I've spoken to Sky at length on the topic, they keep telling me to ring BT up, I did, they told me it's a Sky issue because I don't have a BT account!

So neither BT or Sky are bothered about it?!
