WiFi fine but phone line not working can’t make or receive calls help!!!!
WiFi and tv working with Sky. Phone line not working - cannot make or receive calls. Phone rings but when answer all I hear is ringing on line and crackles. How do I get an engineer? Please help.

Can you give us the background to this? Are you new to Sky Broadband/Talk? Or recently upgraded your broadband service? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now?
