I use my phone a lot lately which has uped my sky bill sky high is the anything I can add to my contract to pay a one of fee to keep to minim plz

If you are in a Pay as you Talk package then you will be charged for every call you make. Without knowing when you make these calls it might be worth calling Sky on the free 150 number to see if there is a Talk package for a monthly fee would allow you to make these calls for no extra fee. Sky Talk Anytime used to be one such package.
