All lights on hub are green, I can call my own mobile number from the land line, but when I call the land line from my mobile, it says number not recognised

Can you receive calls from others to your landline phone or is it just your mobile that you can't use to call your number ?

Calls can be made to land lines and mobiles, but can not receive calls from any phone

When was your service activated? It can take a few,days before activation of the phone service is completed.

It was installed on 26th July, was told to just plug my phone in, the line was live, but was a few days before I noticed we had received no calls
