Our new full fibre cable was installed 5 days ago. The landline phone now has to be plugged into the router. On the first day Sky told us to wait 24 hours as it can take 24 hours for that service to go live.
I have called SKY several times and been told to 'wait' or 'it will be escalated'. Frustrated! ... as you cannot even seem to email or chat...they just refer back to the website and I am going in circles. Please help!
Our landline phone is plugged into the UK phone socke on the back of the router, as required. The phone dislplay is on, I have a dail tone and the phone sounds like it is dialling the number (with all the beeps)....but then nothing connects.

However, if Sky have told you it has been escalated, it's very likely that the right team are already dealing with it, so the chat adviser may not be able to give you any more recent update.
