All I want to do is change from Sky Pay as You Talk to Sky Talk Anytime Extra. Can I do this onlione or do I have to do it over the phone.? The website just keeps trying to sell me TV upgardes.
i also want to upgrade my sky talk package but cannot get through the automated phone system - keeps telling me to go to the website or they are all in essential training
anyone got a number please that actually gets you through to a real person ??
The training is unlikely to last more than an hour or two so perhaps try later or tomorrow. Just dial 150 from your Sky landline.
