How do I report a broken phone line?

A tree came down across the road from my house severing a phone line. I reported it to bt openreach but they won't do anything unless it's reported by my provider. It's been like that for 2 weeks now.

If it's dangerous you should have been able to report it to Openreach (not BT) directly, otherwise call Sky.
