You've posted in the Sky Mobile forum. I will move it to Sky Talk. You could do some research on Sky Talk Shield which will help stop unwanted calls.

Neither Sky nor any other provider will change your landline number because of nuisance calls, I'm afraid.  Sky offer some help here on dealing with them, which includes setting up the Sky Talk Shield as @Daniel0210 posted: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/nuisance-calls/articles/dealing-with-nuisance-phone-calls-and...
