After a 3 hour power cut 2 friends who are ex directory found that when they tried to contact me they had to go through the Sky Talk Sheild procedure despite being on my star list for a couple of years.
When I try to add them to my star list a message comes back saying this cant be done due to a "Technical Issue" Any help would be gratefully received.

Have you tried using a different web browser if this is what you are using, or even the MySky app ?
