House phone

Hello there, I got sky nearly a month ago, my broadband got set up but I never received the house phone when I got told I'd get a house phone with it?

I suspect you misunderstood: Sky Talk is bundled with Sky Broadband, but that's a voice call service, not a phone handset.

Although confusingly BT offers at least one 'free' proprietary Digital Voice handset to new subscribers (or rather they did until they suspended their DV rollout).
