Your post isn't very clear so are you saying that you are paying for a calls package when you have no working phone, if so any you have broadband then you could call Sky to change you to the pay as you talk package so if you make no calls there would be no additional charges.

Hi,
Our home phone has no dial tone. and has never worked since we got sky broadband reinstalled, even though, I did call for someone to help me, the next day it went dead again.
This has been from June 2023, it takes so long to get through, and then your phone may die.
So I just want to know why I'm paying for something that we are not connected to.
There are other issues with my bill, but this is the main one at the moment.

Because you're currently subscribed to it. You just need to contact Sky to cancel it.
