Home phone through router
Had fibre connected yesterday, have four green lights on new fibre router but home phone not working

Is the phone plugged into the back of the router
What make and model of phone
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Sky says my phone is ok when it's not
Fibre installed no home phone, two different engineers say it's ok but still no phone, no incoming and no out going
