Sky landline not working since last Friday

My landline has stopped working can't get any ringtone or incoming or outgoing calls and can't get connected to the sky 1571 answerphone service have tried ringing from my mobile but no ringing on landline but rings and goes answerphone on my mobile 

dont know if it's a external connection fault or my phone is not working please can you advise

You could try Sky's service status checker for known problems in your area, and there's simple line checker if you tap 'no my broadband isn't working either'
