Home phone base station showing check phone line
Broadband is o.k. common connection through a micro filter, have tried a new filter still same problem. All phones showing check phone line .

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.

This reply to check the line refers to broadband issues not phone issues. Eventually managed to rectify the problem ourselves by removing the call blocker from the connection.

It can detect line issues. Broadband and phone services are delivered via the same line unless you have a separate fibre optic cable..
