I've just rang my new phone number and its ringing but nothing is coming through everything is set up correctly I think just wondering

There is a connection point at the back of the hub with a phone symbol on it Is that it or not not sure how you connect it the phone line is in the master socket

Sorted it's working fine Just add to disconnect the other line out of the master socket and insert it in to the back of the hub its all lit up the hub
