Help!! Sky Shield no calls getting through

What exactly is happening? Is the call being terminated before it's intercepted by the Shield? Or after?

I'm wondering about a line fault, rather than a Shield problem.

No the call is terminated after 1 ring, no one can ring through at all. I've even tried from my own mobile and it terminates me after 1 ring!

It doesn't even get to the shield.

It sounds like a line fault that you would need to report to Sky, in that case.
