Just had full fibre fitted today! Broadband great but phone won't work properly, Ivan make calls but can't receive any

It's not uncommon for the internet calls service to take up to 24 hours to fully activate. I'd suggest leaving it until tomorrow, then restarting the Hub, by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so and trying again.
If you still can't make and receive calls correctly, I'd report it to Sky. If you post again tomorrow, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat to do so, if you wish.

Is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of your Sky Hub? Is the Voice light lit? What colour?

Yes all green lights & plugged Into correct socket
