I need my landline number so that I can get community alarm for my home as I am disabled after stroke I only got sku in April this year (removed). I called sky few days ago and was advised to plug in house phone and then dial my mobile from phone and would then get my landline number bought new phone and plugged into box have dialing tone but when I call number get message number not recognised and to try again I then tried my aunts house number and got same message what can I do. When my aunt called sky few days ago for me they would not give her my landline number due to data protection but she was the person who set up my sky in her name but I pay bill as I was in hospital when she set this up her name is Jane Ellis.

Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
