Full Fibre installed but no phone line

I've recently had Full Fibre installed in the house we have bought but not yet moved into.

I can't seem to see a phone line into the property and I've loked all over.

The modem isn't plugged in due to some work getting done but need to make sure all will work when I move in as I work from home so can't afford to have issues.

what's the best way to get this checked

@rhall

Your phone handset will plug into the appropriate slot in the back of the hub.

@rhall, as @Daniel0210 posted, there's no separate copper landline. You have 'internet calls', also known as Sky VOIP where telephone calls you make and receive are carried across the internet via your broadband Hub.

When it's practicable, the way to check the service is ok would be to connect up your Hub, including plugging in your phone to see if you can then make and receive calls.

Edited to add: note that Internet calls are charged in exactly the same way as standard calls.
