No Phone Access

I would like to be able to contact somebody at Sky to carrange an engineer to come to my house and fix the telephone connection

I can't use my landline at all.

@MikeA6 are you to Sky? Or has your landline with Sky been working up to now?

 

If you're new to Sky's landline service, is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? And when was your service activated? And did you transfer from BT?
