Fibre phone line issues

All internet working fine, but my phone line is out of commission. Can't even call in to sky as mobile isn't working either (separate company). Have done all tests, phone says line cord issue. But everything is fine on internal connections.

Is this a new problem, or has,your phone not worked since your fibre installation? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work from a standard wall socket.

New problem, has been fine until today and yes it's plugged into the hub.
