We have a fault on our landline. Error message coming up is line cord error please check. No dial tone. We have unplugged everything and tried the phone in the master socket and still have no dial tone.

@Highlinder we moved our landline over to Sky and upgraded to Superfast broadband on Monday. Everything was working ok until yesterday. Broadband is working just the phone has no dial tone.

Also if this is a fault do you have any other way of contacting Sky to report this fault?

@Highlinder , many thanks for your replies. I've just phoned sky who have advised there is an external fault on the line. Thanks again
