Hi does anyone know if with the basic version of voip calls , I know if I call a number I will be charged. But does anyone know if Someone rings into my sky landline and I answer  will it cost me money even though the person who called me made the call ?

Also is it free to call from one sky landline to another as this was the case when I was with virgin

No, I'm afraid not. 

You're not charged for calls you receive. The only exception are reverse charge calls, but you're always asked if you want to accept the call.
