My land line keeps going to engaged signal when I try to ring our or someone calls and then I answer it. It is OK for about 5 seconds and then goes to engaged. Callers cannot hear me. I have 2 tried different handset and plugged phone directly into socket (without filter). Still the same issue

I went through help pages to see if I could resolve the issue but can't and am told to call Sky - I can't because the pohne line does not work and I do not have mobile phone signel here. I need live chat, What's App or email address for help
