Your images can't be shown because they list other parties' telephone numbers. There are no 'local' numbers but details of all call harges can be found in the Tariff Guide. If you make many calls, you may find a call package such as the Anytime package might be cheaper.
As @Mark39 indicates, the low rate 'local' call hasn't been a thing for a while. Non-inclusive pence per minute charges are high from all providers these days: that's just the way the industry has gone.
