Digital voice not working

Hi

 

We joined Sky Broadband last week and as part of the sign up process I was told we'd be moved to digital voice.

 

However, when I plugged the router in, no "voice" light came up. I plugged the phone back into the traditional socket and it worked fine, so I assumed we hadn't been moved over yet. 

 

I've now noticed though that the phone has stopped working, yet the voice light has still not come on on the router. Is there anything we need to do to enable this?

Try restarting your Hub, by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. If there's still no Voice light, it will need to be reported to Sky as a fault.
