Hi, no dealing time, have tried different phones, if I ring my number from a mobile it still rings but the home phone show it's ringing

Try the connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok. If it detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.

If not, you'll need to call Sky to report it. Normally we would ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you could report it via a private online chat.
