Re: Connect landline
Are you a new Sky broadband customer? if you are, you will need to wait up to 24 hours after installation before the landline in fully operational. You are plugging the handset into the back of the hub and not into an old style phone socket on the wall aren't you?

Hi
I had it installed on Wednesday and it's still not on. My phone is plugged into my puck.

Do you mean your broadband Hub?

Re: Connect landline
@Stupot63 A puck is used for watching TV over the Internet called Sky Stream, you can't plug your phone into a puck.
You should have a broadband hub similar to one of in the picture below:
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.
