Conditional call forward.

I have the above notification on all attempts to make calls. Attempting to delete on phone app; the facility is not enabled. Code:- ##004# does not work,either. Please advise.

@Caretaker+73  Not too clear what this has to do with Sky Broadband, what type of phone are you trying this on?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
