Well,the old phone(it's my mums and had it years) stopped working, so I bought a new one so thinking about it now its probably the phone box that gone so have to get sky out I think. Thanks again

If it detects a fault, and there's no general outage, you'll be able to book an engineer, there and then,
If it doesn't find a fault, it's probably best to report it to Sky. They can run some in depth tests to establish whether it's a problem with your master phone socket or somewhere externally. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish - but tell us the result of the connection test above first.
