Charged for calling 0333 number

Can someone clarify if calls to 0333 numbers are supposed to be included if i have sky talk anytime extra?

I thought they were,but i have been charged for a call i made

@mc321 calls of up to an hour are included.

Thank you @Mark39 that would explain the charge,it went over that time whilst i was on hold

@Mark39 Do  you know, does the same apply to any number that i dial or just 0333 numbers

@mc321 yes, it applies to all inclusive calls. Sky treat 0333 numbers exactly the same way as any other 03xx number.

Any number that falls into the category of inclusive is only up to 1 hour. (See footnotes 1 and 2 in the tariff guide).
