Cannot make or receive VOIP calls

The 4th light (Voice) is solid amber on teh router as of this morning and I cannot make or receive voice calls. Please assist.

@AlanTutticornetHave you tried to re-start the router to see if the light changes back to green?

Yes, I rebotted by disconnecting power adn alos I haev reset the hub.  There are now three green lights but no light at all for Voice
