Cancel sky talk anytime extra
I am getting nowhere with cancelling sky talk anytime plus!!! All my subscription charges were changed in April and I cancelled Sky Anytime Extra, however I am still being charged for it. I wish to cancel this as requested originally.

Re: Cancel sky talk anytime extra
@angbart49 You will need to call as the community can't cancel any services.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

@angbart49
This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.
Call Sky and make sure they move you to the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff. That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges.
