Can’t receive or make landline calls, no dial tone but the Internet works fine

We've had an engineer investigation report already open and it's now been closed with yourselves saying that our services are back up and running they are not we have Internet we always have with no issues whatsoever but we are unable to make or receive incoming landline calls there is no dial tone on the phone. We have brought new phones just in case it is the phones that were faulty and we've also plugged the phone into our neighbours house just to check that the phone is definitely not faulty and they are not we cannot receive all my landline calls. There is no dial tone I want an engineer to the house as soon as possible

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

You will need to contact Sky again to arrange an engineer which I presume you did last time.

@Folkshome do you have internet calls, or standard calls?
