Can't receive calls or make calls

My phone line not working can't receive calls or make calls.

After using fibre landline was disabled,expected. New connection now on 204 router dead, No Tx/Rx on

land line phones.

REQUIRE FIRMARE UP-GRADE/

Is the Voice light illuminated green? When was your fibre service activated.?
