Landline not working after full fibre installed

Had full fibre installed 2 days ago but my landline isn't working. It' s a black hub and only 3 out of 4 lights are lighting up, the voice one is the one thats off.  We've tried re connecting numerous times but still nothing.  We really need our landline connected.

First try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds. I assume your phone is plugged into the Hub. It won't work from a wall socket.

I've done that numerous times. I think the issue is the voice light wont light up like the others.

OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
