Can I port my FTTP Sky Talk VOIP number to another ISP ?

We're coming up to the end of our 18 month Sky FTTP contract.

We have a normal phone plugged into our Sky router and I have a "VOIP/landline" number for that.

It was a new number when we signed up with Sky (didn't have any sort of landline before that)

If I switch to another ISP that also offers "virtual" landlines, can any tell me if I can port my Sky number across?
Or is the Sky number only usable with Sky?

@MPFJ  If you are moving you can ask the new provider if they can transfer your number.
