Sky talk not working

Sky talk not working, tried plugging in a different phone, and it was still the same. Sometimes it will ring but all you can hear Is crackling when you answer,  other times we have tried ringing it, it doesn't ring .  When we try to make calls we have no dial tone.

First try the connection test here, regardless of whether or not your broadband is working ok. If a fault is detected you'll be able to book an engineer there and then: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

If no fault is detected,  it will need to be reported to Sky. Call, if you have the means, otherwise let us know and we can try to get some help here for you via the Community messaging service.

I have the same problem. Clicking link it says net /wifi is ok which it is but phone line is dead.
