Call waiting on Sky Talk (VOIP)

Hello,

what do I need to do to get call waiting (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-talk-call-features-roi) to work again? The steps as per https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/sky-talk-features/features-when-making-a-call-roi/articles/ma... : 

To turn on call waiting:

1. Dial * 4 3 #
2. You'll hear a confirmation message or a long, high-pitched tone.
3. Dial # 4 3 # again to turn off call waiting.

do nothing... It just says that it is not available. What do I need to do?

@galway72This is a chargeable service if you already have it through Sky then you will have to call them to fix it for you. Just dial 150 and follow the prompts.

Thanks @Highlinder  - unfortunately, this did not work (I am in Ireland - maybe that's why?) Will try to call the hotline when I find the patience for it 😉
