Call Divert

I have tried to set up call divert to divert calls to a mobile, however, I keep getting the message "Sorry the service requested is not available from this line".

anyone got any ideas?

My understanding is you have to call Sky and request this service be activated. It comes with a monthly fee of £2.50.

All sorted. Thanks @Daniel0210 . One quick call to Customer Services this morning and it was active immediately. I will add that I have, previously, phoned Customer Services on 2 separate occasions and they were at a loss, but it is sorted now. Many thanks.
