I have tried to set up call divert to divert calls to a mobile, however, I keep getting the message "Sorry the service requested is not available from this line".
anyone got any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreMy understanding is you have to call Sky and request this service be activated. It comes with a monthly fee of £2.50.

All sorted. Thanks @Daniel0210 . One quick call to Customer Services this morning and it was active immediately. I will add that I have, previously, phoned Customer Services on 2 separate occasions and they were at a loss, but it is sorted now. Many thanks.
