Hi guys, Sky voice showing up orange light, but no issues with fibre or Sky broadband.
This is a new install, but the phone line we had was an old one....and I wonder has this anything to do with it.
Had lots of issues too with changing from Eir to Sky as my line had only one UAN and this took multiple calls before Sky would even acknowledge this is possible.....
all help appreciated

If 24 hours have passed, restart your Hub by switching off at the plug for,30 seconds. If the Voice light is still amber it will née to be reported to Sky.

Thanks Mark - yes I'm in Ireland, and a chat with the messaging team would be great! Its been a few days now since the install, but I will attempt restarting the hub altogether.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOk I've alerted the messaging team and they may be able,to help later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
