CANT MAKE CALLS

I can't make any calls please fix this I had an emergency, I needed to call the call DROPPED!

Internet calls or standard calls?

Dial tone?

New to Sky or recently upgraded?

Can you receive calls?

i have the same issue  i can receive calls but cannot make them i have just recently changed to sky and ive had a few problems already but cant get to talk to anyone suprise suprise

@stan572 when was your Sky service activated? I assume your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub, not the wall socket. Black Hub? Or white?
