Can’t contact sky
Had broadband upgrade now have no landline

@Patexox first check thst the phone is plugged into the back of the Sky hub rather than into the wall sockets as voice lines are switching to being digital. If still stuck you will need to call Sky to report the fault.

If you've now moved to Fibre broadband it sometimes takes an additional 24 hours or so before the Sky Talk landline service is fully operational.
