Another one with a landline problem

Hello, yesterday my landline stopped working.  I have done all the checks listed on the fix your phone page.  Plugged into socket directly, back through the filter, used an analogue phone to check the line, but it's dead.

 

People have contacted me on the mobile, and we have rung our number ourselves, and it does not ring out in the house, cannot make outward calls either, no dial tone.

 

Broadband is still working well.

 

Can anyone give me advice on what to do?

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Ran this test, says nothing found.  I had ran the test yesterday, again it said nothing found.

 

Broadband is well, just the phone line is dead.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
