After broadband upgrade install over a week ago my landline can only make outgoing calls I am unable

After broadband upgrade install over a week ago my landline can only make outgoing calls I am unable To revive incoming calls. Have spent hours and hours on the phone to at least 6 different sky agents and getting absolutely nowhere. Atrocious service. Can anyone advise how I can escalate ot how I can get this issue fixed.

It appears to be quite common, I'm afraid, following a full fibre installation. Previous posts indicate that Sky are aware and the issue is being handled by their Network team.
