1471 worked once
I missed a call and dialled 1471 to find out who called.
I heard the numer but didn't recognize it, so I went for a pen and paper to jot it down. This time it says "number not available".
Why would it work once only?
It doesn't happen any other time.
Baffling 🤔

A fault like this will need to be reported to Sky so it can be looked into it for you. 150 is the number to call them on.
