About an hour ago my wife said that Sky Sports HD on both boxes was generating a popup code 25 stating 'You cannot purchase this programme' press yellow for help, which then takes you to a purchasing problems pop up and to contact them, I've had Sky sports for 23 years and my large bill is automatically paid every month SkyGo works fine checked account all shows as subscribed anyone else having issues ?

Thats what happens to hd+ customers.We are not considered priority any more even though I have been with them for 24 years.I am sure it will be sorted.It is getting better then an hour ago so must be working on it.

Same here, looks to be widespread so hopefully fixed shortly. I also rebooted etc, but the problem remains.

Same as me tried a reboot it still happens but now I'm just letting the message come and see what happens

Okay good that i am not alone with that. it is a SKY issuse today.

Channels being lost are Sky unique  

OK for ten minutes then screen signal " you cannot purchase this programme" A reboot does not fix

I have the same issue, so I'm watching sport via my Apple TV using Sky Go. That is working ok.

I've been getting this message all morning.

It's making following the cricket difficult.

Sky go doesn't seem to be affected but I don't want to watch on my iPad!

As it's not just me it seems pointless contacting Sky.

Hope they solve it soon.
