tv services

my services have stopped working it said i needed to pair viewing card now its saying it was successful but nothing for 24 hours i've lost all my sports movies etc

Have you ordered Sky Q in the past and the order been cancelled for any reason?

 

Has Sky sent you a replacement viewing card?
