topic: New Sky box not received
account under either
Old Address: N22
New Address: N8
I have moved flat.
I have received a Broadband box, not the Sky box yet.
A previous broadband (old address) has been cancelled, I was told I would receive a returns box, this has not arrived either.
I need to talk to someone to get this resolved.

The returns packaging will jave been sent to the address Sky have on record for you. You can use your own packaging, if you wish, as explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment
If by Sky box, you mean Sky tv, which have you ordered - Sky Q or Sky Stream?
Note we're customers here, not Sky customer services. By all means give Sky a call if you want to speak to them. You can find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

What Sky box? You have posted in the Sky+ board. Sky no longer support this platform and certainly don't supply Sky+ boxes any more.

I require the box for the channels
on the account have TV + Broadband
can I speak over the phone to someone about this?

If you had Sky TV at your old address you should have taken the box with you.
If it's Sky+HD (where you posted) it's your box, you own it.
If it's Sky Q or Stream, it's on loan to you from Sky.
