topic: New Sky box not received

I have moved flat.

I have received a Broadband box, not the Sky box yet.

 

 A previous broadband (old address) has been cancelled, I was told I would receive a returns box, this has not arrived either.

 

I need to talk to someone to get this resolved.

The returns packaging will jave been sent to the address Sky have on record for you. You can use your own packaging, if you wish, as explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment

 

If by Sky box, you mean Sky tv, which have you ordered - Sky Q or Sky Stream?

What Sky box? You have posted in the Sky+ board. Sky no longer support this platform and certainly don't supply Sky+ boxes any more.

I require the box for the channels

 

on the account have TV + Broadband 

 

can I speak over the phone to someone about this?

@Jesse_G  Did you read any of the replies?   Can you answer the questuons that have been asked?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you had Sky TV at your old address you should have taken the box with you. 

If it's Sky+HD (where you posted) it's your box, you own it.

If it's Sky Q or Stream, it's on loan to you from Sky.
